I'll BELIEVE it when I SEE it.
As far as I'm concerned, there is NO way prices of oil/gas will go DOWN. It might stabilize for awhile so that we "feel better", but after we've gotten used to $4/per gallon like we did with $3 per gallon, then it will "magically" go up to $5/gallon, and so on and so forth.
OIL COMPANIES SUCK!!!
