I agree entirely!!

This week I received my much awaited first AeroClassics DC-10-30, a JAT.

JAT was never a scheduled carrier to Perth but operated ad-hoc charters over several years, intitally with 707s then DC-10s so I was pleased to add this model to my diorama.

An exceptionally good model, great mould and crisp printing. Exactly what we have come to expect from AeroClassics.




I have to agree with Rick (L1011 Heavy) on one small nitpick. The cockpit windows could look more "DC-10-ish". They lack that "aggro" look created by the side window panels being slightly taller than the front panels. The DragonWings DC-10's "face" looks quite different to the AC. Here is a comparison shot. Apart from the cockpit though, there is much more to like about the AeroClassics version!!
