Photobucket will automatically resize your images to the size of your choice when you upload. There are 7 sizes ranging from "Tiny (100 x 75)" to "1 megabyte file size" for basic free membership. For "Pro" upgraded membership there are 6 additional larger sizes up to "5 megabyte file size." You probably would not need "Pro," since the smallest size at "19" screen (1280 x 960)" begins to be a bit too large for most forum posts. The larger pro sizes are better suited for wallpaper backgrounds, and photography, etc.
