Not the optician, but I'll genuinely need to get my ears checked, I have had a level of hearing loss for since I can remember, but I have notced it has got worse recently.

It can be quite embarrassing at times, not to mention isolating

Dang! I was out rowing today and I was being shouted things from the shore, quite near by, and I couldn't even make that out. I had to stop completely just to try and hear the best I could!

Anyway, the Olympics??

Bah, until I'm in it for Rowing or in the Winter Games for Curling, I 'aint interested!
