Precisely. Time is your enemy here smanish. Get the claim in with Paypal asap. I usually hold my tongue regarding public discussion of sellers but Virginfans sins come up time and again (and not just on this forum).
He will string you along until the time for a paypal and/or ebay dispute has passed and the three months has passed for you to leave feedback with promises of a resolution.
