The seller is ebay - virginfans
from hongkong and he said he filed a complaint with hongkong post for damage! And he said you need to wait for 2-3 months for the claim processing. He is asking me to do the same with US Post department. Decided to raise the issue with Paypal claims resolution. Will that get me anywhere? Your 2 bits please...
