The other piece of trivia with A3-16 is this was the bird that made the wheels up landing at Tulla many years ago.
Praise be to the 300gal wing tanks which kept it from cartwheeling.
Normally they used to fly these with the supers on the wing stations and the 300gal was on the centreline.
Twould have been messy with that config.
