At least from the Tippco Connie many variants were existing, maybe same for the Arnold. I could imagine, that they were sold with and without tip tanks.
Of course, if the plane does not feature them, it is not possible anymore to figure out, if they are missing or never used.
I would not spend big money for replacement parts, since the plane is looking good also without them.
