It seems to me like the Olympics will be nothing but a source of farce and embarrassment.

Not, thankfully, in a sporting sense, at least, I hope not as I'm an amatuer single sculler and it would just be too sad for anything at all to happen.

I mean in the sense of, who, other than dyed in the wool Communist Party members, are actually going to take ANYTHING the authorities say seriously??
I mean, think about it. If anything happens at all, you can forget it!

Whilst I don't see how getting yourself arrested for protesting and leaping at the torch in London or whatever will really help anything, I have to admit that I DO agree with them.
It's just a question of whether ANYTHING can be done at all. Realistically I mean.

And no, unless it's called Afghanastan, Iraq, Iran or North Korea, America and her cronies (i.e. us) wont invade

* - We are all as hypocritical as each other in one way or another, don't get me wrong.
