It's going to sound obvious, but the best place to start would be with an airline you like, and then see if there's a great selection of planes available for you to purchase and collect.

Otherwise, just pick an airline that would satisfy your requirements, either with colourful schemes, or just one that offers loads of variety in aircraft type etc.
