About a year later I discovered the 500 scale airplanes with their much higher quality print. As I am a quality aficionado all my 600 scale models went into the trash immediately, where they belong. Another year later I saw the first few 400 scale models from a new company called Gemini jets and was extremely impressed. So much so, that my small 500 scale collection suffered the same ugly fate as my old 600 scale collection. Since then I've stuck to 400 scale.
