I just came across this thread on A.net: CO Orders 8 More 777 — Civil Aviation Forum | Airliners.net

Apparently Continental just ordered 8 more 777s, and there is speculation they might be 777-300ERs! They'd be the first in the U.S. to fly the -300, as I'm sure you know.
