Longest flight is hard to say as I just did 36 hours door to door SUB-SIN-NRT-LAX with some crappy connections, but I've done the worlds longest commerical non-stop flight EWR-SIN on SQ.

Shortest flight is 11 minutes ONT-LAX on a Skywest EMB120 which is of no more : (
