My longest was CDG/LAX (1h30 refuelling stop)/PPT (Tahiti): about 20 hours in total. Although it was with Air France on a spacious and very confortable A343, I was relatively tired upon arrival.

The shortest was probably with Corsair: this company links La Martinique and La Guadeloupe to Paris using the same plane which does CDG/FDF/PTP and return to CDG in a row. There is about 20-30 min between FDF and PTP, which is quiet a short trip, specially with a 743 (it was F-GSEX, the one with the red lips).
An unscheduled non-regular but even shorter flight was once MPL-FNI in an Air France A320, just to pick up some VIP guest (?) on our way to ORY. about 12 min flying time.
