Yes, they do have curved bricks, the but problem is getting a roof plate that will fit the curve, and more importantly, finishing tiles for the roof. The finishing tiles are what really makes the airports looks like architectural models and not LEGO sets.
By the way, LEGO sells the finishing tiles on their website at much better rates than on Brickbay. $4.99US for 100 tiles. The website is

No, it will not. I picked up some just to see if it would. The spindle is way too narrow. Maybe you could make some kind of bushing though.
