Default Gj250 Psa Md-82

I have never done a review before as I'm new to all of this, but here I go! My first diecast collectable (aside from my Texaco set) was this real gem of a plane, the GeminiJets PSA MD-82 in 1/250 scale. This plane was the reason that I started collecting. I saw her sitting on the Chief Pilot's desk where I work and I decided then and there to get one of my own!
In this scale, the MD-82 is very nicely depicted with tons of detail. It features retractable gear and an assortment of spare tires! The color scheme is right on the money.
Drawbacks..well, the retractable gear on my Chief Pilot's plane are broken, and I could see why when I received mine. They are rather tight and the mountings are a bit flimsy. I decided to keep mine in the box after the initial picture was taken.
Another drawback..apparent non-interest in the scale. I don't care, though. I like the plane and that's what counts. Don't get me wrong, I won't collect this scale exclusively!
Bottom line..nice plane, I like it..that's what matters most! I logged a lot of time on this airline (PSA..Poor Sailor's Airlines) as a passenger when I was..well..a poor sailor!
