Nick Said It. 500G (About 1 Pound) To The US Is Near 10.00 But The Minute You Go 1 Gram Over That 500 Mark It's 17.00. 29.00 Over 1,000G, So Basically Doubles Every 500G. & That Is Not Even Priority Mail Or Express.
That Starts At 48.00 For 500g.

I Pack My Models (For 747s Anyway) In A Slightly Larger Than The Model Box Size, But I Pack Well Using Peanuts Inside The Model BoxTo Re-inforce The Gear, Fuselage & Other Strategic Areas To Prevent Crushing Of The Box.
I Also Choose A Heavier Carton.
I've Sent May Like This Even Overseas & No Problem.
