Thats where the animal's travel. I think you need to be at LEAST 5 years old to fly.....period. Parents should be detained an arrested if their kids get up and run the isle. $250.00 fine for EACH kick to the back of a seat (split 50/50 with pax in said seat) and if the kid screams? 10 years in the klink.
