That's Because You Spelled Negus Wrong. Sir Arthur Negus Developed The Livery Commonly Known As The Red Tail, But The Correct Term Is Negus Quarterjack.
Nagus Is A Noun For A Figurehead Such As A Guru Or King Or Other Head Of State. Hence Star Trek Fictional Character The Grand Nagus, Financial Leader Of The Feringinar Empire.
