I do not generally come across Nicky, Milton, Maxwell or any other Indian-made die cast toy. This one is special to me because it's so hard to find here.
I do not think that th Dinky Toys Caravelle has a moving rear stairs. Perhaps you are thinking of the Tekno Denmark Caravelle instead, which indeed has this feature.
The Maxwell 747 is supposedly based on the Schuco, a forerunner of Schabak and in 1:600 as well. None of these firms has anything to do with Matchbox.

About the Matchbox- I am referreing to the arrangement of the wheels on these 747's. The body style is very crude and looks to be inspired by Schuco, while the wings seem to be inspired by Matchbox as well.
I may be off on the Dinky but I always thought that Dinky made at least two moulds of the Caravelle. This looks like the earlier one. I have a Dinky France Caravelle with moving airstairs at home- at least I think it has moving airstairs as I have not had a chance to look at it for a while....tells you how much I get home

, Anyway I love these Caravelles, regardless who made them and where they are from. They go great with the MAxwell Indian Airlines crew bus (totally out of scale, of course) and the Indian Oil/Bharat Oil Tanker trucks! (BAsed on Budgy toys????)
Here are some Dinky toys
