Absolutely the 747.
The 707 was definitely the most successful amongst the early jet aircraft but it was not the originator of the concept of moving people quicker by air. Let alone the TU-104, no one can ever tell what might have been of the 707 and DC8 had the unexpected not occurred to the Comet in early 1950s.
The Jumbo Jet was instead the first plane that introduced the idea of mass transportation by plane. The Concorde was too much ahead of its time, more or less like the obscure VFW-614.
