I think we couldn't answer it so easily... Every plane had a big influence, but in several times and decades!!
The 707 (also the DC8) had a big influence for his decade (end50s to end 60s), the Jumbo is a so called next generation aircraft for the 70s and 80s, with perhaps more influence on later planes (together with the L1011 and the DC10).
The Concorde is a proof of what people could do! It was the biggest technical challenge of the second generation (end60s and 70s).
