Well, I know that you can still get a chance to ride on one of these good ol' ladies. You can 1) somehow manage to get into Iran and fly on the Saha Air 707s or 2) I remember hearing the Argentinian AF operates its own civil airline and they fly around in 707s. I'm not sure if the latter is operating still, but the first of the two should be operating.
