Re A200: This is a paintmark on the ground only for guidance of marshallers and tugdrivers. Could it refer to the -200 version of the A330 as opposed to the -300 version which is the same length as the A340-300?
However, I would've thought that the A330-200 would've stopped short of its longer sisters position so as not to strike ground equipment/airbridges etc with its engines since they are closer to the nose than the others.
So I've just shotdown my own suggestion.

I looked up A200, and apparently there really is (or was) an A200 built by Airbus...or so several articles (and a few pics) suggest. I don't know why this aircraft doesn't seem to exist in the real world, unless they re-designated it. Come to think of it, the pic of it I saw looked very much like an A319.
