Re A200: This is a paintmark on the ground only for guidance of marshallers and tugdrivers. Could it refer to the -200 version of the A330 as opposed to the -300 version which is the same length as the A340-300?
However, I would've thought that the A330-200 would've stopped short of its longer sisters position so as not to strike ground equipment/airbridges etc with its engines since they are closer to the nose than the others.
So I've just shotdown my own suggestion.
But it sure beats CO Freak's input on the subject
