So the "not enough refinery" excuse is just another BS excuse? Why am I not surprised. Somebody should tell that to the analyists, they swear this is the reason. We have to cut back so "Communist China" can motorize itself ? I would buy your supply and demand theory except that there is plenty of supply unless OPEC decides to cut back production to drive up the price. Perhaps our war efforts are directed at the wrong countries. Wipe out OPEC and watch how the price nose dives after every oil producer scrambles to flood the market with their oil to make up lost profit. The demand does not exceed supply if you eliminate OPEC production controls.
