With the growing demand for our services, Wings900/DAC has done a few things on the back end to improve the websites performance and availability. We like to tell our users whats going on in an effort to show our commitment to them.

Recently updated and optimized our database calls and indexed our database tables to improve performance. This may or may not be something one can measure (although I think you will notice some pages load MUCH faster), but as we grow we'll have a bit more head room.
Recoded some of MyCollection and the model database to be more efficient.
Implemented gzip to compress the data sent to your web browser. Minimal performance gain, but they all add up.
The Wings900/DAC server is no longer our mail server. We've outsourced that so that the CPU and memory used by those processes is freed up and can be utilized by the website.
