My TippCo Connie is a very old one, which I got on a Munich flew market one year ago for 30,- Euro. It was complete, but overall coated with tons of clear coat. I have restored it as good as possible, including the working functions (lights and friction drive). There is a seperate thread existing for this plane:

While my first priority so far were display agency models, I turned a little bit to tin toy planes (opposite sequence than your's..

).
Basically I would like to exchange my Connie vs. a better one, and next on the list of new models should be TCO CV-440 and Arnold DC-6. Also the TCO 707 as well as GAMA Stratocruiser, Concorde and 707 would be fine...
The Tip Tanks of the Arnold Connie are original. As far as I know, some models were sold with and some without those plastic tip tanks. From those, which were sold with, they are today missing in most cases.
