Hasegawa also has kits without decal sheets, in a purple box. Then all you have to do is find the aftermarket sheet of whatever airline you like, and go from there. That's how I do my 1/200 kits.
Great work Brad! Those look like the Liveries Unlimited decals. I finally found a few sets of 1/200 DL L-1011 decals from LU, not easy decals to find since LU went out of business a few years back. I need to get a few more MD-11 sets, since the last one I built got destroyed in a move.
I'd love to ask you to build one for me if you can work your magic on the flaps & slats. The L-1011 I'm working on now will be better than the last one I did, I found a Platz photoetch set for it, and I'm going to position the ailerons at rest (hydraulic system off) as if it were parked at the gate.
The other L-1011 kit I have will be used as an experiment to try and open the cargo doors, and scratchbuild the main cargo floors, with LD3 cans!
