good enough to make this statement .. but in the absense of any rationale or examples I would say you are full of ***** ... care to explain why Pacmin or AMI is better ...
I started out with a PACMIN 737-700. I really liked it and went on to buy a few more (NWA 727 & DC 10 and a Canada 3000 A320).

What I REALLY wanted was access to models of the old propliners and 1st generation jets. I did a lot of looking on the WWW and found Atlantic Models.

I completely switched from buying PACMIN to Atlantic Models. Here is the rationale: I can get most anything that I want at Atlantic. I am not limited to current aircraft in current color schemes. I get the models from the manufacturer; I don't have to shop airline company stores. I prefer that "one piece" approach, with integral wings - just feels more solid too me. And finally, I can call and talk to the OWNERS of Atlantic if I need something or a model just didn't turn out right (hasn't happened).

I prefer Atlantic and continue to get lots of stuff from them; just got a Southern Airways Martin 404 earlier this week.

Here's a shameless plug for my Yahoo Group: Go over and check it out at, uh: Atlantic Models Airliner Display Group

See ya,

John
