As a brazilian I must say that the VASP livery is fantastic. I also love the VASP 732 and MD-11. I have the GJ 1:400 here in my cabinet.

I also have a wife and a 3 years old kid that loves airplanes specially the VARIGs and GOLs.

I think Lollo had a great idea!

I am in for helping you on that issue. It would be a great Christmas gift to your family. I think the model is expensive but you DESERVE it because your wife was a VASP employer and also 'cause this MD-11 must bring so good memories to you. If you don´t buy it you will regret your self for sure.
