This doesn't make sense & it is wrong.
Why just eliminate political threads from the Off-topic sections?
Why not ban the other sensitive no-no topics...sex & religion too?
In fact, why not ban any topic to which someone might find offense? You might as well get rid of the off-opic section entirely!!!
I didn't always agree with many of the opinions expressed in this section, but I'll defend their right to say them. If anyone finds a section/topic offensive, then they need not enter.
