Maybe you should ask why terrorists are killing them and for what purpose dumbass. I realize that Germans have a hard time thinking while they have their noses shoved up Chirac's buttocks, but this kind of whining defies logic.
I am amazed with the inane deluded whining about Americans going into Iraq as if this was something the MAJORITY of Iraqi and reasonable people in the world didn't want. Your sniveling about American troops being killed over there doesn't provide anyone with any solutions for the issues relating to the world and the Middle East.
These men volunteered. They understand the risk and they accept it. Unlike you sniveling whiney Eurodorks, they also understand the mission and the importance to the World and Iraqi poeple of what they are doing and MOST, if not all accept that risk.
So please spare me. You couldn't possibly know the pride, and the sacrifice these soldiers families are making and frankly, they probably voted for the very man who sent them because unlike Shroeder and Chirac, they know he was right in what he did.

If you had HALF a clue you would realize that ALL wars are a tradegy. Unfortunately, there are looneys like Saddam all over the world.
Instead of whining about us being there, why don't you whine about the terrorists who are murdering innocent men women and children and beheading their prisoners?
I know this is hard for you to understand, but if the WORLD and the MEDIA spent their time CONDEMNING the TERRORISTS and less time making the deaths of Coalition troops the BIG NEWS, maybe these idiots would realize their murderous tactics are not working? DUH
But instead looneys like YOU and the MEDIA would rather focus their attention on the "attrocious", "barbaric" treatment of prisoners at Abu Graib and Gitmo rather than the BEHEADINGS that are a daily occurance in Iraq.
Loonies like you continue to amaze me with the level of naivity you continue to display when it comes to things like war.
