I didn't know that, so I'm guessing this most recent action is the new management taking control? The union intiated the story on the near misses claiming it was due to short staffing, from outsiders I spoke to, that was a mistake, I guess it snowballed from there. The next shot is due from the union, the delays at EWR and LGA have been horrendous all summer, I guess that will be the next focal point.
