This could be a question akin to the "can of worm" annalogy. Everything is manufactured in China. A place where copyright laws, trademark laws, and licenses mean little. A visit to Hong Kong's Night Market (black market) and I have been there many times, will attest to it. Rolex, Gucci, Amerian Tourister, Chanel, Casio, Piere Cardan, the list goes on. Video games and Hollywood movies. Knockoffs and the like.
That is China. In America the licenses are proper. Dragon Wings, Gemini Jets, Herpa, and, yes, AeroClassics do have the proper licenses for what they do. Sometimes they do not. It is a crap shoot, I think. Then you have Poo Box and other colored boxes, Net Models, and the like. All companies under total Chinese ownership and never will you see from them what it is that you hope to see. That being a license.
