My argument is not whether some mfgrs should properly license their products; rather ALL should follow applicable laws. Thus, a level playing field would result and intellectual property would be EQUALLY respected.

Although my collection is rather small, the boxes of Gemini and Dragon Wings products have verbiage concerning trademarks and licenses. Thus far the Aeroclassics boxes make no mention.

Since this is an open forum, perhaps the representatives of participating mfgrs might wish to comment.
