Thanks. You must have gotten your Pan Am 747 CME. The response for it has been overwhelming. I have received so many positive emails from many of you. My biggest disappointment was the two production problems that I ran into and now I can fully see some of the frustrations the big boys have to deal with. I do not too many left to sell as most are gone now. Here a a couple of emails that I received.
"The Pan Am arrived yesterday and it is a wonderful addition to the...collection. I used to fly Pan Am every other week non-stop to JFK... It was a great flight as the Pan Am people understood the proud heritage of the airline and represented it well. The model brought back many fine memories..."
"Just wanted to let you know the models arrived safely at work yesterday!...Plus, the Pan Am "Moscow Express" is one beautiful aircraft! Thanks for the great selection... and nevemind those folks that will miss out on such an awesome plane becuause of their pickiness! Their loss!"
Stuff like this makes the frustation of a couple of hickups worth it. The big hickup was that I did not get to take the Aeroflot Moscow Express as planned on Sunday. My lady friend had to fly to NY for a 3 week trip. We were going to trade counties. The good news is that my son and I got to spend a few days fishing, we did very well, and the trip has been rescheduled for mid August. I have assurances from the Russian airline, and all other parties concerned, that their company will opperate just fine for a week without the services of their ace FA.
