Living in a suburb of Detroit, I won't say how I feel about rice burners. My father retired from Ford, I have a cousin that works for General Motors and a neighbor that retired from Chrysler. I've had two Ford Ranger 4X4s and never had a problem with them. I'm not too sure about these people that say Japanese made cars are better. All car companies, Japanese and American made, have had recalls and their share of problems. Personally, I will never buy a Japanese made car.
