I improve my skills by building stuff in our model railroad club.
One of the diecast advantages imho is that they are smaller. You can display more of them in your showcase (Iīm thinking 1/144 scale civilian airliner model kits here).
Ever since a very close friend got seizures from inhaling the paint and thinner fumes while building plastic models , I donīt do any more of that@ home.
