I think the meaning behind this song would have had more impact if they had rejected all the US Dollars they made from this stupid song. But hey, it's easy to be a RICH hypocrite.

The jist of these lyrics is that Canadians don't like or want anything to do with America but they never seem to mind taking our money or driving our cars or flying our aircraft. Come to think of it, Canada seriously looks like America. What's with that?

P.S. This was a great song however and I thought the recent RE-Make was damned good too.
