The trick is to look at their rating/# of Sales!!.. If he doesn't have that many sales... HE BETTER HAVE A 100% SATISFACTION RATING.

..... If he's had quite a few sales... should NEVER fall below 98%

also Look at their previous sales... were they just penny items to build ratings?? and now trying to sell an expensive item???

MOST IMPORTATNTLY if offered... BUY THE INSURANCE!!! sometimes its the PO that makes the mistake... and w/o insurance or a written guarantee from the seller, you are SOL if the item gets lost in the mail!! It may seem like a waste of a single doller... UNTIL your item is lost, and your now out of the cost of the item AND S/H!!!

One last thing... IF YOU DO GET STUNG, Hit him with a negative feedback!! this will warn other buyers from buying and will lower his rating!!
