I shipped a 1/50 model via Fedex and insured it. Model arrived late to the recipient and was broken. Fedex was responsible for the damage yet will not assume liability. So my words to other collectors out there. Don't ship via Fedex, if they break it and you've insured it you won't receive any compensation. They'll simply list a model as "fragile" so they won't be liable. I've learned a very expensive lesson.
