In reply to your scale question: H.O. Scale is 1/87th Scale
1/200th would be too small as would 1/400th and 1/500th
the ideal scale suited to match H.O. Scale would be 1/72nd
which is as close as I can come.

I found out that HotWings are Too small 1/500th scale
and Matchbox airplanes are Too large 1/48th scale.
I agree with you that they are probably going to be quite costly.

Why doesn't some one build something in the right scale for hobbiers like us modeling in 1/87th?????
