Aero Minis will probably be a bit too small for an HO layout, as they range in size from 1:239 to 1:250 scale. Furthermore, this line of aircraft is no longer in production...it is a nostalgic/antique line and some pieces are so rare that this hobby can become rather costly.

It will not work for your layout.

Although I am not certain of the scale of an HO layout, you are probably better suited to getting a plane at the scale of 1:200 or larger. If 1:200 will meet your needs, I am doing my best guess here. The Inflight & Inflight 200 models are an excellent choice. Excellent detail, starting price @ about $99 per plane and Braniff is available.
