I checked my Verkuyl 727 of scale 1/250 when I returned home from office and in fact the models are different. The more details on the wings of your's is obvious.
If your's is really from the mid 60s, it may could have been an inspiration for LH staff to make something similar as high frequent travelling gift.
Attached is a picture of the LH copper typ for 100.000 km.
