There aren't any diecast Fulcrums available in 1:72 scale at the moment. Ertl produced a slightly toy-like model a while back in roughly 1:100 and Model Power make a couple in 1:140, but we'll just have to keep waiting for 1:72. Of the main 1:72 manufacturers out there today, I'd speculate the following:-
Corgi are unlikely to ever produce them as they tend to favor RAF operated jets.
Dragon Models *might* someday venture beyond USAF/USN jets but they have quite a line-up planned already.
Revell are a possibility since the Luftwaffe operate MiG-29s, but they've only just arrived on the diecast aircraft scene with their F-14s, F-16s and Tornados and it's anybody's guess where they'll go next.
Gaincorp would be where I'd put my money right now. Although they're also a relative newcomer, they have started out with mainly Russian machines and I'd guess they'll continue with this theme.
All I can tell you for certain is that as soon as someone does make them, you'll probably bump into me lining up to buy one of the first ones off the line! :-)
Cheers,
Martin.
