I know it's kinda different but I will say Bandar Seri Begawan in Brunei. I have passed through there a few times en-route from the United Kingdom to Australia and even though the terminal is actually quite big, it's all in one are - a sort of Rotunda.
The shops, cafes, restrooms, lay-over rooms and information desks are all in the same "room" as are all the departure gates. Couldn't be easier.
In America, I would have to go with CVG - like Richie. Excellent tranfer experiences there passing from International (LGW-CVG) to domestic (CVG-ROA).
