I find them all to be so similar as far as seat comfort goes (in coach) that it depends more upon which seat on the aircraft I get more so than which aircraft.
The MD-90 is excellent up towards the front as it is silent.
The 767-300ER is great all the way around but the non-ER version(s) are so so.
Give me a 737NG over a 757 any day, but a 757 over a 737-300/400/500/600

And I will take an old boy (737-200, 727, DC-9, DC-10, L-1011 etc) any day over any of the new stuff.

Then there’s always the 747, an absolute thrill to be aboard just because of its sheer size but generally you are crammed in pretty tight and usually for several hours.

I am not an Airbus fan but normally I find them roomy and comfortable but strange sounding.
