From a passenger standpoint, I think a 767 is a little better than the 777 or A340/330, because of the 2-3-2 seating. But the configuration is important, too. AA has a 2-5-2 coach configuration on its 777s, while DL, CO, BA, AF & SQ have a 3-3-3 seating arrangement. The middle seat of the 5 in the middle is awful. Imagine that from Tokyo to New York. Nasty!
