Hi. I am in the process of shopping around for a video camcorder. Either analog or digital. I plan on using a camcorder to take video of JFK while driving around the airport roadway system to get better detail of the layout of the landside if JFK airport for my project.

Now my question is.......are there any particular video cameras that will allow me to freeze any given frame that I shoot while driving. For example, say I drive past Terminal 7 and shoot video of that terminal. On playback, would I be able to freeze those particular shots and take pics off of those frames so I can see the terminal? I also have a regular digital camera so please don't confuse the two. With my digital camera, if I take shots of moving images, they come out too blurry to be of any use..lol

I know many camcorders come with the ability to take digital photos. I don't care about that option unless it is related to my above reguest.

I wasn't sure which forum to post this message in and since it is related to the construction of my aiport, I felt I would post this topic here.
